We process account information such as your email address, login provider identifiers, subscription status, and account settings.

We process the checklist content you create or manage, including task labels, notes, sections, statuses, dates, times, durations, categories, project items, goal links, habits, and archive records.

If you connect Daily Checklist to ChatGPT, we process OAuth connection records, approved scopes, and the Daily Checklist data needed to answer your request or perform the action you asked for.

We process billing and subscription information through Stripe, including customer and subscription status data needed to provide premium access.

We may process technical information such as request metadata, error logs, and security events to operate, debug, and protect the service.

We use your information to authenticate your account, provide the Daily Checklist product, maintain checklist and project data, enforce subscription access, support ChatGPT connector requests, handle billing, provide customer support, prevent abuse, and improve reliability.

We do not sell personal information. Daily Checklist is not designed for payment card numbers, health information, government identifiers, passwords, MFA codes, or other sensitive secrets in checklist content.

When you connect Daily Checklist to ChatGPT, ChatGPT can request access only through the OAuth permissions you approve. Daily Checklist verifies the token, account link, and scopes before returning or changing account data. ChatGPT tool access follows the same premium entitlement controls as the web app.

ChatGPT tool responses are intended to include only information relevant to your request. We avoid returning authentication secrets, internal account identifiers, raw tokens, or unnecessary diagnostic information in ordinary tool responses.

You can disconnect ChatGPT from Daily Checklist from your account page. After disconnecting, ChatGPT should no longer be able to use that connection to access your Daily Checklist account.

Daily Checklist uses service providers to operate the product, including hosting, authentication, database, payment, and support infrastructure. Current providers include Firebase/Google Cloud, Vercel, Stripe, and OpenAI when you choose to connect Daily Checklist to ChatGPT.

These providers process information only as needed to provide their services to Daily Checklist or to complete actions you request.

We keep account and checklist data while your account is active or as needed to provide the service. Billing records may be retained as required for payment, tax, accounting, dispute, and legal purposes.

Technical logs are retained only as long as reasonably needed for security, debugging, reliability, and operational purposes.

You can manage your subscription and ChatGPT connection from your Daily Checklist account page. You can also contact support@dailychecklist.com.au to request help, access, correction, deletion, or export of your account information.

We may update this policy as Daily Checklist changes. We will update the date above when material changes are made.
